Phone Consultations
Prior to a telephone consultation, we would prefer that you meet for an initial appointment with one of our psychologists. This will help us build a better relationship with you and build rapport. Initial appointments and any subsequent appointments may be scheduled with the office staff that will answer the telephone, provide any registration information, provide you with payment options, and schedule an appointment which is compatible for you and your consultant. Immediate consultations are sometimes feasible.
Please note that telephone consultations are not covered by insurance companies.
Fees are charged for time spent speaking directly with a Meers Inc. Consulting Psychologist. However, consultation times are scheduled in blocks of time (sessions) as follows:
45-50 minute consultation
25-minute consultation*
*Additional time can be added in 15 minute segments when feasible.
