Dr. D. Jerome Meers has over 25 years in private practice providing consultation, coaching, counseling and psychotherapy, and assessment services.  Dr. Meers provides leadership and management development coaching to senior level executives in various corporations. He serves as an organizational consultant to numerous businesses and industries regarding issues of employee selection, succession planning, strategic planning, human resource development, and organizational development. Dr. Meers also provides individual career assessments and career development consultations for key executives in the corporate context and for individuals on a private basis. Dr. Kathryn Leugers is a Psychology Resident supervised by Dr. Laura Meers.  Dr. Leugers provides consultation, coaching, counseling and psychotherapy, and assessment services.  She has expertise in teaching individuals to use emotions intelligently to succeed in their work environment.  She teaches clients to identify which emotions facilitate individual and group work and which do not, to induce moods that facilitate task productivity, to understand how their self-beliefs influence their motivation and job performance, and to adaptively cope with emotions or other challenges in the workplace (ex., performance anxiety, inattentiveness, hyperactivity, impulsivity, setbacks, organizational change, disagreements with co-workers, group work, cultural differences, gender issues, generational differences).  Dr. Leugers has experience and a particular interest in providing counseling and psychotherapy services to adults with ADHD.
